Infertility after Cancer

Some cancer patients do not learn about the benefits of fertility preservation until after cancer treatments have left them infertile. Though it's true that the most effective fertility preservation treatments are carried out before cancer treatments, even after any damage has been done there still may be treatments to restore some measure of fertility.
